Arriving
none nearby. No railway on the littoral. Arrive via Venice: ACTV ferries link Punta Sabbioni with San Marco and the Lido, and buses run the length of the peninsula; ATVO seasonal coaches serve the campsites from Mestre and the airport.

The Punta Sabbioni ferry is the whole point of staying here: Venice's Piazza San Marco is about 30 minutes across the lagoon, no car involved.

Validate before boarding the ferry and on the bus.
If Venice days are the plan, price an ACTV multi day pass against singles before the first crossing; the lagoon fares make passes pay quickly.
On foot
- ·A flat cycle path runs the length of the peninsula between campsites, beaches and the lagoon side fishing hamlets
Taxis and driving
- ·Drive in once, park at the campsite and switch to bikes, buses and boats; taking a car toward Venice earns you nothing but the Tronchetto garage bill
