Terms of Service

By using app.italyonfoot.com (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Deep Digital Ventures.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

• Free: browse cities, compare destinations, save up to 5 cities. One trip plan included.
• Pay-as-you-go: purchase additional trip plan credits.
• Premium: monthly subscription with up to 20 AI plans per month, AI concierge, and full features.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Trip plans, packing lists, and assistant responses are generated by AI. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important details (visa requirements, opening hours, safety advisories) with official sources before travelling.

City data, points of interest, and maps use open data from OpenStreetMap, Wikidata, and other sources under the Open Database License (ODbL). Price data is estimated and may not reflect current market rates. Travel advisories are sourced from government databases and may not cover all nationalities.

You agree not to: abuse the AI endpoints (automated bulk requests), attempt to access other users' data, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or resell generated content as a competing service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Deep Digital Ventures is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated travel advice, price estimates, or visa information. Always consult official sources.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
