This service is operated by Deep Digital Ventures (“we”, “us”). Our website address is app.italyonfoot.com.

• Account data: email address, name (optional), password (hashed), and home currency when you create an account.
• Trip data: cities you select, dates, priorities, bookings, generated day plans, packing lists, and watchlist selections.
• Ask us messages: conversations with the chat surface, stored to maintain context continuity. A large language model generates replies on our behalf; we don’t share your messages with third parties beyond what the model provider needs to generate a response.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never your card number.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the service.

• To provide and personalise the service (trip planning, price conversion, visa rules).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To generate AI-powered trip plans and packing lists.
• To improve the service based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.

• AI processing: trip plans and assistant messages are processed by third-party AI services.

Account data and trip plans are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. Assistant conversation history can be cleared at any time from the assistant page.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
