none (SITA bus from Amalfi). Perched 350 m above the coast: the SITA bus from Amalfi winds up in about 25 minutes, or it is a beautiful, serious stair-path climb of about an hour and a half.

Tabaccherie and bars before boarding; the Amalfi-Ravello shuttle fills fast around concert times in festival season.
If Ravello is a day trip from the coast, the pass covers the climb and whatever else the day holds.
On foot
- ·The town itself is small and gently sloped by coast standards; the gardens of Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone bracket a 15 minute stroll
- ·The stair-paths down to Minori or Amalfi (via Torello) are the region's best walks: knees down, bus back up
Taxis and driving
- ·A small rank on the main square; fixed premium fares to Amalfi and the coast, book returns after dinner
- ·The road up is narrow with scarce paid parking at the town edge; the bus honestly does it better
