What it is
Ask us is a chat surface we built on top of our editorial recommendations. When you ask a question, we query the same notes we’d otherwise write into a guide — cities, neighbourhoods, restaurants, opening hours, our own opinions. It knows your trip context (cities, dates, walking comfort, dietary needs).
What to ask
“We’re tired, what should we cut from today?” · “Where should we eat near here that isn’t a tourist trap?” · “Should we add Lucca to our Florence trip?” — opinionated questions get sharper answers than generic ones.
What it won’t do
We won’t invent opening hours, prices, or addresses. If we don’t have a strong answer on something, we say so. Read the full posture on About our recommendations.
