Check your trip windows
Building an itinerary uses one trip window. Trip Pass includes one trip window and Italy Year includes 3; if you're out, you'll be pointed to Account to add more (+1 for €19, Italy Year only) or to move to Italy Year. Your trip is saved, so you can pick up right where you left off after topping up.
Sign in required
Trip generation requires a signed-in account. If you're redirected to the sign-in page, log in first, then return to the city and try again. If you don't have an account yet, buying a pass on the Upgrade page creates one.
Generation takes too long
Plan generation typically takes 10-30 seconds. If it seems stuck, wait up to a minute before refreshing. The plan is saved server-side, so even if your browser disconnects, the plan should appear on your Trips page once complete.
Plan seems incomplete
Itineraries are built one city at a time, so a busy trip can finish with a city or two missing if a step hiccups. Use 'Generate the rest' on the trip, filling in missing cities is free and doesn't spend another trip window. If a whole build fails outright, the window is refunded automatically.
