The refund window
Refund window is 14 days from purchase, no questions. Email hello@italyonfoot.com from the address you bought with and we'll take care of it.
Automatic make-goods
Some refunds you never have to ask for. If an itinerary build fails outright, the trip window it consumed is refunded automatically. If a build finishes with a city or two missing, completing it is free and doesn't spend another window. And an out-of-scope Concierge question never spends a credit.
Nothing to cancel
Passes and top-ups are one-time payments: nothing auto-renews and there is no subscription to cancel. When your access ends it simply ends, your trips and data stay in your account (see 'When your access ends' under Plans and pricing).
